Q: What Are Balancing Energy Alignments?

Balancing Energy Alignments are a gentle, non-invasive healing approach that can be done in-person, by phone, or remotely. This work is based on the understanding that the body functions much like a bio-computer — instantly registering whether something strengthens or weakens its systems. When disruptions occur in the body’s energetic pathways, it can create a lack of support for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, this approach explores what’s happening beneath the surface — identifying subtle disruptions in the body's energy flow, often tied to unconscious patterns, unresolved experiences, or inherited imprints. Once these are brought to light and shifted, the body naturally moves toward balance.

The process is not about ‘fixing’ but returning to a state of inner coherence, where energy flows freely and the body’s self-healing capacity is reawakened. Many clients experience spontaneous physical relief, emotional shifts, release of mental loops, or a renewed sense of clarity and groundedness. These alignments support the body's wisdom in restoring equilibrium — without needing to force, analyze, or re-live the past.

Q: What Issues Can Energy Alignments Help With?

People seek this work for many reasons — from physical discomfort or chronic conditions to emotional overwhelm or feeling stuck in certain life patterns. Rather than treating symptoms, Energy Alignments help bring clarity and resolution to the underlying energetic imbalances that contribute to these experiences.

Some areas clients commonly explore include:

  • Physical pain or health challenges

  • Life force, fatigue, or vitality concerns

  • Mental fog, memory, or learning difficulties

  • Emotional triggers, trauma, or ongoing stress

  • Relationship dynamics, finding love

  • Intuition or spiritual connection

  • Work, money, and prosperity

  • Life purpose themes

  • Self-trust, decision-making, or inner conflict

  • Self-love, confidence and acceptance

  • Supporting loved ones energetically

If you're unsure whether your issue fits into any of these categories, you're welcome to reach out. Often what’s most important is your inner sense that something is ready to shift.

Q: What Happens During a Session?

Each session is a focused process of identifying and shifting what's weakening your energy — whether it's physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or energetic in nature. You don’t need to relive or analyze anything for change to occur.

We may use subtle techniques including muscle testing, intuitive assessment, dialogue, or simply tuning into the information your system presents. You might notice shifts in sensation, breath, emotional tone, or even how your thoughts feel. Sometimes changes are immediate; sometimes they unfold gradually over the days following a session.

Regardless of how it looks, the work aims to bring your system back into a state of neutrality and strength — so that healing, insight, and clarity arise from within, not from effort.

Q: Do Sessions Need To Be In-Person To Work?

Not at all. Energy Alignments are just as effective remotely as they are in person. Whether you're nearby or halfway across the world, your body’s energy field can be accessed and supported without any loss of precision or depth.

If you're on Salt Spring Island, you’re welcome to book in-person. Otherwise, sessions by phone, video call, or email are equally valid options.

Q. Does Distance Healing Really Work?

It's understandable to wonder — especially if you're new to this kind of work. But energy isn’t limited by physical space. Whether we’re face-to-face or connected through intention, the results speak for themselves.

If you're open to trying, we’ll use the first 10–15 minutes to check whether the work is having an effect. If it’s not resonating or doesn’t feel right, you're free to stop the session — and you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Many people notice subtle (or significant) shifts within that initial window, confirming that we’re accessing the right entry points for change.

Q. What Are The Options For Session Style?

Virtual (Video): A secure meeting link will be emailed to you 10–15 minutes before your session begins. No download required. Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp video are also available.

In-Person: Salt Spring Island – 128 Hereford Ave, Suite 5. A quiet and welcoming space for focused energy work.

Phone: I’ll call you at the number you provide. Skype audio, FaceTime audio, or WhatsApp audio are also options.

Written (Email-Based Session): Ideal if you prefer not to speak. You’ll send your notes in advance (with an optional template provided). I’ll tune in and do the energy work based on your submitted themes. You’ll receive detailed session notes afterwards.

More About Written Sessions:

Pre-Session: You send your themes, intentions, or life areas you'd like to shift. Structured or free-form — whatever feels natural to you.

Post-Session: You’ll receive written notes within 15–30 minutes of the scheduled end time, summarizing the work done and insights that came through.

60 min session: ~800+ words

30 min session: ~400+ words

15 min session: ~200+ words

Note: Writing your session notes doesn’t take time away from the energy work itself.

Q: What Is The Cost of a Session?

60 minutes: $150

30 minutes: $75

20 minutes (email sessions only): $50

Q: Do You Offer Discounts or Scholarships?

I offer several complimentary group meditations and healing sessions throughout the year. Join the mailing list here for free resources or click here for the latest healing meditation.

Q. How Many Sessions Do People Usually Need?

That varies. Some clients experience resolution within 1–3 sessions. Others choose to explore deeper themes over a longer period. The work is meant to support meaningful shifts — not to create dependency.

You're always in charge of the pacing, frequency, and depth you wish to explore.

*Important disclaimer

While this work can be deeply transformative, it’s not a replacement for long-term therapeutic or medical support when those are needed. These sessions are best understood as short-term, energetically focused support that complements — rather than replaces — other forms of care.
